Payment Options
At Shane Chambers Dental Prosthetics we are a full fee-paying clinic.
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Cash
Visa & Mastercard (1.9% surcharge applies)
Internet transfer/direct deposit
Our standard policy is that payment of your account is due and payable on the day of your treatment. In certain cases, a deposit may be required prior to the commencement of treatment. We are happy to discuss any queries you may have regarding your account.
Appointment Cancellations or Changes
Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee being charged.
Veterans Services
We are able to provide dental prosthetic services to Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) veterans or entitled persons. DVA Health Cards are accepted as payment. A medical practitioner referral is not required.
