The practice takes complaints and concerns about the privacy of patient’s personal information seriously.

    Any complaint should be made in in the first instance to the Practice Principal. The patient may choose to make contact either in person by appointment, by phone or in writing using contact details as follows:

    Please be assured that we value your feedback and that all complaints are treated with complete confidentiality and discussions will remain with the Practice Principal.
